Mental health issues: Some do not realize that these often occurred due to a problem in the brain. This occurs when some of the chemicals needed to feel good and reflect stable are locked. Episodes of depression are common when something bad or tragic happens, but persistent depression may be another problem all together. Those who are bipolar have a period of depression, then an episode of manic behavior. These can be treated, but those who know someone with mental health issues need to know how to care for someone with these conditions.

Depression symptoms

Depression is a serious problem that must be treated as soon as identified. The depression seems to vary from person to person. Symptoms of depression are fairly common. Symptoms of depression often are part of the normal life of people and still unknown to most of the time. This leads to severe depression and that the party can end their lives suddenly not know what they're doing. If symptoms are severe, meaning that they lasted a long time, and therefore must be treated immediately. Medical help is needed quickly if the symptoms of depression are higher and use.

Obsessive compulsive disorder

OCD is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repetitive thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions) and behaviors that make them feel pressured to do something (compulsions).

Often, the person to perform behaviors to get rid of obsessions, but it offers temporary relief. Do not be obsessive rituals can cause great anxiety.

Symptoms

  • Obsessions or compulsions, not due to a medical condition or substance abuse

  • The obsessions or compulsions cause significant distress or interfere with daily life

Various types of obsessions and compulsions. An example is an excessive fear of germs and the compulsion to wash their hands several times to fight infections.

The person usually recognizes that the behavior is excessive or unreasonable.

  1. On the other hand, people suffering from anxiety disorders may become easily annoyed or angry. They may also have difficulty sleeping or concentrating. Many people feel increased anxiety when they experience a craving or trigger, because they are keenly aware of the temptation to relapse.
