Health education

Health education : the profession is to educate people about health. Areas within the profession include environmental health, physical health, social, emotional, intellectual health and spiritual health. Can be defined as the principle that individuals and groups of people learn to behave in a manner conducive to the promotion, maintenance or restoration of health. However, as there are several definitions of health, there are many definitions of health education. The Joint Committee on Health Education and Promotion Terminology 2001 health education is defined.
