Steaming and rear of the food is better than boiling or frying. Preparation for fruits and vegetables are better than cooked or processed foods. Foods usually contain more salt (sodium) is needed to add flavor and other ingredients. Some of these additives do not add nutritional value and can also be harmful to health.
